Finding Your Tribe Through GAIN Individual Membership
Following our individual gatherings over the last year, for individual members where we shared experiences, built new connections, and met with familiar faces. We pleased to announce the launch of the GAIN Individual committee who are excited to introduce a recurring fixture in the GAIN calendar: our monthly GAIN Lunch (online) and GAIN After Work (in person). These events offer GAIN individual members a chance to find their tribe, connect with others, and share experiences in a supportive environment. Whether joining the relaxed online lunchtime gatherings or the informal after-work meet-ups in the City of London, members can look forward to a welcoming space to talk, listen, or simply be themselves. Join us and discover your community at GAIN.
By Asil Motala, Co-chair of Swiss Re UK Neurodiversity ERG
We are thrilled to share the latest developments in Swiss Re's neurodiversity journey as an Industry Transformer of GAIN. Using feedback from the GAIN Individual and Corporate Member survey, as well as news on what peers were doing in the industry they have enhanced their PMI coverage from the 1st of July, to provide support for individuals and their families. It provides access to an assessment for autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, dyslexia, dyscalculia, and dysgraphia, as well as the support needed to enable those diagnosed to thrive at work or school.
Corporate members remain solely responsible for the level of support offered to individuals within these roles.
We are delighted to launch our online jobs board, specifically designed for advertising roles within insurance and investment. Open to GAIN corporate member companies only, who are working towards neuroinclusivity.
Adverts will feature on our jobs board online and will be sent directly to our individual members registered for the GAIN Career Club. To advertise a vacancy, organisations must be:

Willing to make adjustments for the interview process
Have access to additional neurodiversity-specialised support for the hiring manager, HR team or candidate, whether through employee benefits, specific PMI offerings related to neuroinclusion or something more specific.
